Damper Introduction

Dampers are mainly installed at the inlet, outlet and bypass flues of absorption towers in flue gas desulfurization systems, as well as in flue gas denitrification and dust removal systems. The damper adopts a louver-type double-layer baffle structure and is fitted with special sealing components for excellent tightness. Its air leakage rate is ≤ 0.1%.

Actuators can be electric or pneumatic, supporting local and remote operation. The opening and closing time can be set as required.

The electric actuator is an electromechanical integrated unit equipped with torque protection and limit devices, and enables remote control. It also features manual/electric switching for installation, commissioning and maintenance.

The pneumatic actuator uses proximity switches to automatically stop the baffle at fully open and fully closed positions. Equipped with locking devices and optimized logic circuits, the lock unlocks when the damper opens and locks securely when it closes, ensuring safe and reliable operation of pneumatic dampers.
