Fluorine-lined pipes and fittings are known as the "King of Plastics". They feature excellent temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, making them ideal for conveying highly corrosive media such as nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, phosgene, chlorine, aqua regia, mixed acids, bromides and other organic solvents.

Fluorine-lined pipes are carbon steel pipes lined with fluoroplastic, mainly divided into moulded steel PTFE-lined pipes and sleeved steel PTFE-lined pipes.

Moulded pipes

They are manufactured by moulding PTFE powder, forming under hydraulic pressure with dedicated moulds, followed by oven curing. This type performs remarkably well under high negative pressure and harsh working conditions, yet comes with a relatively higher cost.

Sleeved fluorine-lined pipes

Seamless extruded PTFE tubes with uniform wall thickness and high density are sleeved into steel pipes, then the pipe ends are flanged. This product is cost-effective and suitable for service with mild working media.
